2 concerns, 1 possible solution

1.  On Friday evening, a concerned Summerville couple followed two suspicious people through the streets of Stovall, Kings, Dearing, McDowell, Johns and Walton Way.  They were unknown and demonstrating suspicious activity.  One was wearing a backpack and the other was carrying a luggage piece similar to a large art folio which appeared to be loaded. Dispatch was called several time but a car was not available.  Description is: scruffy looking, weathered,  middle age white female with dirty blond hair.  The other was a white or Hispanic male with dark hair.  Both wearing jackets.

2.  Henry St. residents are being advised “Freddie” is back making his rounds.  He name drops in order to gain trust but residents should be aware.  A sandwich was offered but he declined.

3.  SNA is negotiating with a local security company regarding random neighborhood patrols.  More on this to follow.
